Just want to say a massive Thankyou to halima !! After losing all hope at the gym and getting fed up of no progress I contacted Halima through a recommendation and what a good choice it was! She is full of positive energy and definitely whipped me into shape pretty fast she takes the time out to speak to me between PT sessions to make sure I’m on track and that I’m feeling good. I’ve been going to Halima now for a few months and would recommend her to anyone. The fact that she has her own personal gym is a plus for me although she has had me out running a few times . She is a great motivator and adapts your program to you personally. It’s not just about the training with Halima either, she’s a great motivator for other aspects of your life and if she can help in any way she is happy to do so. I feel so much more confident in myself and my abilities since meeting her. 100% would recommend you give her a call and see what I mean. Totally recommend Halima, her boot camp will certainly get you fit. She caters for all fitness levels. The boot camp is fun, friendly enjoyable but most of all will get you fit.

I've been training with Halima for about 8 months now and both her PT sessions and bootcamps are fantastic. My goals were to improve my fitness and increase upper body strength. I had an horse riding accident 23 years ago that left me with a permanent spinal cord injury and pretty much had to stop all exercise for a long time. Every time I went to a gym, when I finally wanted to get started again (ex-cross country runner and swimmer for my school) all the instructors ever did was try and get me on a cross trainer and do weights which would only inflame my injury. I was worried about going to Halima but from day 1 she has been alongside me at every single step. She's designed a course or exercises that, while I hurt everywhere else the next day!! my back has never felt better. I cannot thank this wonderful lady enough for how she not only helps me with getting my core stronger but also motivates me, makes me laugh and totally forgives me for all the swearing I do during press ups!!! Halima, thank you so very much. I would not just recommend you I would say everybody needs a Halima in their life. You literally have helped me to start changing my life for the better; not just fitness but a whole new positivity and there's just no price you can put on that. After suffering from aching, tight shoulders and painful hamstrings due to different sports, I booked a full body sports massage with Halima. I went to Halima Fitness for a leg massage following an injury to my thigh. Halima discussed the possible cause of the pain and identified the muscle affected. She showed me how to stretch my leg muscles to assist with recovery.
The massage was professional and within 2 days I could feel a difference with the pain easing.
I have since been back for another session and I can highly recommend her.

It's the day after my second massage from Halima. I'm sore ... But in a good way!

My calf muscles got the going-over that they needed; my back muscles got a proper examination; and most importantly of all, after some serious 'digging' I think she found the cause of my shoulder issue that has been bothering me all year!

I'm now committed to going more regularly as I see this as essential body maintenance!

Top job. I was recommending Halima to everyone I spoke to afterwards ����

After recently struggling with a shoulder injury sustained at work I Booked in for a back and shoulder massage at Halima fitness.

From start to finish she provided an extremely professional and comforting experience, not only did she advise me on what damage I had sustained she went about working on the area concerned until satisfied it had been resolved.

in the days following the treatment I felt 100% better and thanks to halima I was now pain free.

having a physical job which puts constant strain on my body I now have regular visits for treatment to hopefully avoid any future problems occurring.

I would have no hesitations in requiring halima's services to anybody in a similar position as her service is second to none.

Halima is such an enthusiastic person who is really passionate about her work and life. I've had a few massages with her as I have an auto immune disease and have been suffering with my legs. Q&As

The first thing I do is listen! Everything is based on your current starting point and abilities. I'll create a clear map of where you are to where you want to be.

80% nutrition 20% exercise. You can't out train a bad diet and I will make sure you are fueling your body with the right macro and micro nutrients.

I love seeing the changes in people before even they see it themselves! Achieving a six pack is a good achievement but seeing someone get their confidence and happiness back is priceless. PS you can have both!!

After leaving the Navy I found myself a little bit lost. Throughout this time what really helped me was training. I realized that I could use this period of my life to benefit others so I took my qualifications and the rest is history!

My wealth of experience has made me very compassionate to others. Plus I love seeing my clients leave my gym with a big smile on face!!
