Took our pups Cooper and Bailey to have their first puppy groom today. We chose to book the puppy love package to get them used to the groomer, parlour and all the different sounds there. Helen is a very warm and welcoming person and made our pups feel at ease. She listens to how you would like to have your dogs groomed and is very professional. I would thoroughly recommend her. We took Benji, our 18 month Cocker Spaniel for his first ever groom today. Helen was very friendly and helpful and did a great job of putting Benji (& us) at ease as we were worried about how he would behave as he can be very nervous and anxious. Helen spent some time playing ball with him so he could get used to her and to make him feel reassured that nothing bad was going to happen, he was then relaxed enough to enjoy his pampering! Helen did a fantastic job with his grooming and he came back looking totally gorgeous and proudly showing off his new bandana. The goody bag was a lovely touch as well. Coco had a fabulous visit to get some well overdue pampering. Home she came all beautifully groomed, soft and fluffy.

Smelling absolutely glorious and very happy and full of bounce! Her overgrowth of hair in her paws from the harsh canadian winters all groomed ready for the slightly warmer but wetter winters here :-)

Our girl Pen has been very poorly with an allergic reaction to an environment she has been in. After many consultations with our Vet and even more tablets, she started to improve. We asked the vet "IF" it would be okay for her to have a bath so some of the scabs and scales caused by the condition could be eased away, and told her of "Helen" and the Hairy dog salon. With the vet on board Helen took great care of our girl, suggesting the best treatments. Although she was not able to brush her the bath worked wonders, and Pen is looking so much better, and we think feeling much more comfortable.Thank you Helen for your kindness, care, and patience with our patient.See you again when she is all furred up and then you can brush her too :-)) More...

Oustanding service from Helen. My dog enjoys every minute of her grooming session and comes back looking gorgeous. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and she gets treated like a real princess.
