Fantastic groomer! We had Ted our labradoodle groomed yesterday and he looks and smells beautiful. He has a lovely curly coat but is hard to maintain and mattes very quickly. Previously other groomers have just shaven him but Hair and Hound left him looking great. Highly recommended and Ted is looking forward to his next groom! More...

I send my pooch to Olivia every time she needs a groom and she absolutely loves it! Olivia is patient and gentle with her and my pup always looks and smells amazing when I collect her! She has a very curly coat which can be troublesome but Olivia always fors a fantastic job! Would fully recommend for brilliant service with that lovely personal touch. More...

Olivia has been looking after my little two year old Rosie, a Border Collie, since we had her from the Border Collie Trust GB back in May this year. When she arrived she was in a terrible state, apart from being very dirty and smelly her coat was awfully matted, so much so that we could not get a brush or comb through it. Rosie is a very timid, nervous dog, as she had been a stray for a while, and she was scared of every thing so having a bath and groom was always going to be traumatic for her. So then we found, Olivia, who took her time and was so patient when she first met Rosie, encouraging and coaxing her with gentle kindness and didn’t rush her at all. She was eventually bathed and then began the prosess of dematting her coat. It took four visits to get her coat sorted out but now it is beautiful and shiny and in excellent condition, I’m so pleased. Rosie now has regular visits to Olivia and Mary is her new best friend. I have also used Olivia’s day care service when I have had to be out all day and she loves going and spending the day with Mary and she gets spoiled rotten by Olivia. Thank you Kate and Rosie.
