Hi, as the owner and sole surveyor of the company I personally conduct the Structural Surveys and Structural Alteration Surveys. I also produce all the Structural Calculations myself in the office at my home. I will visit your property to conduct the survey whether for Structural Alterations or for a Property Purchase, discuss your requirements and offer options for Structural Supports.

I love meeting new clients and their properties and helping to make their ideas a reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business by my parents so that I could provide a decent standard of living for my wife and children.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have nearly 50 years in the construction industry and have been in business for 35 years employing 5 operatives building numerous extensions, loft and garage conversions and general structural alterations. I now concentrate on property surveying and producing the CAD drawings for Building Regulations approval and Planning Permission Submission.
Structural Beam Calculations
Attend site to conduct survey to determine loads to be supported, discuss requirements of wall opening, inform client of structural details of beam support, approx size, type and position of beam. Calculate required beam and send documents in PDF form to client via email.
Foundation Calculations
Attend site to conduct survey for required depth and type of foundation for specific project and ground conditions and type. Notate and sketch tree positions that influence foundation depth. Produce CAD drawing/s showing foundation depth and tree positions in relation to foundations.
Home Buyer Survey
I offer two types of inspection, the first is a Structural Survey complete with report and remedial works and approximate costs of these works. The second is an in depth home buyer survey with 8 page report covering internal and external structural and decorative condition, electrical, heating and hot water systems conditions and overall condition of grounds and property.
