I’m not going to lie my training is pretty hard and is at a high intensity level so there’s no rest .But what comes with my training are results . Losing weight,toning ,keeping fit,running marathons are my sought of training . Also I like to keep it fun so apart from training in my gym I also do outdoor training to .

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
quite simple really im behind them 110% all the way ,sounds cheesy but i just am .If there paying me good money to help them achieve there goals then im dam right going to get em where they want to be
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work,motivation,commitment and more importantly nutrition.The easy part is what we do in the gym
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing clients reactions after 4-8-12 weeks when theyve hit there goal,seen before and after pictures ,weight, measurements.I LOVE IT
What inspired you to start your own business?
So after coming back from traveling I realised I didn’t want to run my own building business anymore ,I wanted to help more people in fitness instead .
I’ve neen into fitness all my life and my main goal is to teach fitness all round the world
