Wills:- To ensure your assets go to those you want to inherit, upon your death, avoiding delays and additional costs of dying without a Will.

Lasting Powers of Attorney :- Guaranteeing that your assets and finances are managed by those you know and trust, in the event of loss of capacity, rather than a court appointed official, which would incur additional costs.

Where there is a Will there is a way and the way forward is Guardian Inheritance. Professional team throughout from booking the appointment through to the Barrister Intermediary arriving our home exactly on time, and the documents arriving within the time frame that the Barrister Intermediary told us. Everything was so smooth and reliable and the cost was very reasonable. The advice was excellent and he was not too pushy on the selling front. He even mentioned Lasting Powers of Attorney and advised us not to take advantage of these documents until our daughter is 18, in just over a year. We felt his approach was not about how much money Guardian Inheritance could take from us, but making sure that he offered the right advice for our family and that we understood it.We will be recommending Guardian to friends and family and contacting them next year for our Lasting Powers of Attorney. We trust them and feel they have our best interests at heart.Thank you Guardian Inheritance. More...

The Barrister Intermediary who came to my home explained everything in great detail, yet without drowning us in legal terminology. She guided my wife and me through the whole process in about 90 minutes, showing us how we could protect our assets for the benefit only of our children and not their spouses (as one of them is going through a rocky patch with her husband). This was truly an eye opener, as the thought of leaving our home to our children on our deaths, only for a sizeable chunk of it to pass to a son/ daughter-in-law should they divorce would not sit well with us in the after life. To top it all, there was absolutely no selling. The whole thing came across more like a friendly chat with a knowlegible pal. This was a truly seamless process with great communication at every stage. Well done Guardian Inheritance. More...

I Gerald and my wife have prepared several Wills over the years ranging from DIY to will writing companies to solicitors.

Having decided to alter one of the charities we plan to leave a gift to, we contacted Guardian Inheritance to ask for their help, as they came highly recommended from friends of ours, who had used the Guardian in the past and were highly complimentary about their easy, relaxed approach.

An appointment was made through their offices and we were surprised to receive an e-mail, almost immediately, confirming the appointment and including a photograph of Steve Evans, who was the Barrister Intermediary they had assigned to take our instructions. A great idea, we thought, as at least we had an additional means of identifying the person who would be turning up at our home. The appointment was further confirmed by telephone call on the day before we were due to meet. Very efficient.

About 10 minutes before the allotted time, we received a telephone call from Mr Evans explaining that he was in slow-moving traffic and was expecting to reach us between five and 10 minutes late. I was impressed.

Having arrived, we sat around our dining room table, and in just under two hours Mr Evans was preparing to leave. He had asked a whole raft of questions, and was so focused that he had identified a number of areas which had been worrying my wife and me for some while but about which we knew little to nothing. He advised us on various levels of protection to cover not only when and after we died, but also whilst we were living. Very enlightening!

Our documents arrived within the allotted time and were perfectly drafted and professionally delivered.

I half expected a ‘hard sell’ from Guardian Inheritance, the Will writing company I asked to draft my Will. I could not have been more wrong.

Steve Evans, from Guardian Inheritance, arrived at my door, exactly on time, presented his card as he introduced himself and made himself comfortable at my dining room table.

Over coffee he completed a full fact find and then went through a series of telling scenarios to identify my specific concerns. The whole process took about as long as a football match, but seemed to fly by.

The advice Steve offered was far more comprehensive than I received from the solicitor I had my last Will drafted by, and there was absolutely no pressure to take any action based on his advice, other than the Will. And all this at a fixed price.

Bravo Steve Evans. Bravo Guardian Inheritance.

Very professional and helpful. I felt that the staff were all able to answer any question I had throughout the process, and I did not feel pressured into anything. Definitely worth the time to protect my family’s future. More...
