AVOID! We joined Gteq on a 3 year contract under the agreement that they would provide a consistent phone and broadband service. From the start, we were often unhappy with the quality of both services, with the company often trying to push responsibility for solving problems elsewhere. At one point they cut off our services complete based on incorrect information about our business without informing us that they were going to. When we finally had enough of as we had a barely functioning broadband and with Gteq blaming our equipment, we changed over to BT who immediately gave us a good service (the problem was not our equipment). Despite all of the issues we encountered with Gteq's service, they still chose to bill us fairly extortionately til the end of the contract (again, without warning us that they were doing this). Really helpful cost efficient company, helped me save a fortune on my landline, broadband and even my mobile phone contracts! Received my hardware on time with no issues... would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks Guys! More...
