What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been working in the Security industry for around 18 years, during this time i noticed that clients were not necessarily receiving the most professional guarding services, and what's more, skilled teams members to meet their individual needs. I became passionate about providing my clients with exactly the package and staff the clientele required. I then created my own specialised Event based security team; Grove Security was born.
Grove security was founded by myself, at the beginning of 2018. We started with a small team of guards and stewards covering small events, now we have expanded and have a large team who travel the length and breadth of the United Kingdom.
To date, Grove has provided guards and stewards for high end red carpet events, major sporting events, music concerts, corporate gatherings, seasonal events, parties and weddings, popular carnivals, and many more.
