What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and helping them achieve their dream be it a new restaurant of an extension its nice to see turn from a dream to a reality.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I setup a company to start this journey for myself several years ago where I wanted to work and build a company which offered the services and culture which aligned with my ethos.. I met early success by offering good quality services and being a positive and proactive worker solving problems and going the extra mile. This led me to an opportunity in to renovate a restaurant. With self-belief and drive to succeed I took the contract on. The contract was for a £250,000 when I was previously working on contracts in £10,000s. I worked with the main project manager and scaled up my business, brought in sub-contractors to complete the works, bought in retained staff and worked tirelessly to deliver the project. Our proudest achievement to date, by far, was the completion of a restaurant build in, Essex called Felix Warley.

We work both remotely and face to face to suit all clients. We ensure we are constantly testing and everyone at GRNPD is vaccinated.
Structural Engineering
These are the drawings and calculations needed for the building of residential and commercial property. They are very important as the designs and calculations form the basis for the build and need to be properly performed. The proper performance requires sufficiently qualified engineers.
The calculations can range from steel calculations to foundation designs and drawings to accompany them. These designs and drawings are to be done in the most sustainable way. From the materials used to the way that the items are installed.
Sub Services include the steel fabrication drawings inclusive of GA’s / Elevations / 3D models / individual fab drawings
Steel connections (separate to the calculations of members)
Reinforcement drawings for RC elements
Planning & Design Services
Using rendering software GRNPD will provide a wide range of other design and planning services which will help customers design and submit planning applications for building projects.
Using our visualisation expertise GRNPD will explore emerging technologies of Augmented and Virtual Reality to support design services.
Both services are not unique to the industry but are a specialism which GRNPD have, can and continue to serve construction companies with.
GRNPD will provide these specialised services in a high quality and standardised way giving construction companies confidence and security in this key technical area.
