Called in as having walk with sister through village wr grew up in. Had called into the Black Bull first cos chalkboard stated they served food all day! They don't anymore! So glad really cos just down road is this popular pub! They do serve food and between 12noon and 5pm they have a specials menu! We both got the Smothered chicken! Served with chips, onion rings, tomatoes and peas. It was so tasty and very well cooked and portions were good. We both couldn't eat all the chips n we tried hard! Delicious cappuccinos to finish and only £6 for the meal plus coffee. McDonald's costs me more n it is rubbish. We are going back again to try the other specials! More...
