I am Greg, I started garden services in 2018 and since 2019 I do it full time. My services include;
trimming of hedges ,
tree felling-pruning,
lawn mowing,
lawn establishment,
fencing,
fence repairs,
weeding, weed prevention.
I am equipped with a big van and all kind of professional equipment such as: hedge trimmers, lawn mowers, grass trimmers, hedge trimmers, wood shredder, landscape ladders, chain saws and other smaller and larger tolls.
If you are wandering how much such services may cost, I can say that service of a mower cost as much as service of a car. All tools mentioned above require regular servicing, they all run on fuel and need oil changes as same as the van. The prices of waste removal start from £15 and more, depending on weight. (I possess a waste carrier licence) plus I need to spend between an hour or two depending on the location to remove the waste from the van at recycling centre. To use a chain saw I need a licence also, which costs form £800 plus chain saw £400-£800 this is only one tool. Public liability insurance, van insurance, accountant, vat, there is what to spend money on. So depending on the job the prices may vary from £20-£50 an hour. I do not provide estimates on the phone as it is difficult to evaluate amount of labour and cost of waste removal. If you need a quote I need to come and discuss what exactly needs to be done.
