We hired Greenoaks to prune a mature olive tree and then to reduce the crown of a 55-foot silver birch - both trees being situated in our modest town garden. James was courteous, very helpful and extremely quick to respond to our needs (same day!). The jobs were done swiftly, safely, using professional equipment and techniques, and with full regard for COVID precautions. The team took care to avoid any collateral damage to our or our neighbours‘ gardens and fittings, and they were extremely conscientious in removing all the tree debris (lots!) on completing the work. I would use Greenoaks again, without hesitation. And that’s before taking into consideration their very reasonable rates for the work - a long way below what we had paid in previous years.
