What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity and ability to provide great architectural home solutions to my customers - and at the same time it being an outlet merging creativity and practical utility. The greatest reward for me is to know I have offered the best service to a customer for years to come.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked and understudied in various architectural positions in the UK, South Africa and Ghana respectively. These positions ranged from Senior and Architectural designer to Construction Project Manager; and starting GSUK business is a great outlet to bring all that experience, service and creative flair to my customers.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a great eye for detail, and being naturally creative I bring this quality to my customers. Especially in helping them visualize their home dreams. I easily use great communication, presentation and graphics skills to help deliver this, involve them fully whilst consciously aware of their need to get the best possible outcome with regards to affordable cost, design and quality. I think the ability to merge these 3 areas is key.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I ensure that where its possible to make a site survey visit, I have stacked away my face mask and spares; maintain distancing as much as possible on site and a small bottle of hand sanitizer as well just in case. I also have received my second CV19 vaccination jab already as this goes to writing, so this definitely helps in staying protected with any customers I'm working with.
Architectural Design and Planning
Excellent Architectural drawing services for Planning and Building Regulations, in the form of floor plans, elevations, sections, roof and location site plans. Professional construction working drawing details. Specifications and materials, design and quality assurance.
Scope of works include: Kitchen extensions, Loft, Conservatory conversions, Single and Double storeys, Interior remodeling, outhouse design floor plans.
Interior Design
Existing interior scheme remodeled within your new proposal if required. Provide a quality interior scheme based on recommendation of finishes, materials, colour scheme or theme integrated within client's brief. *Possibility of creating original art work painting(s) to add to your interior ambience at a separate affordable commissioned fee if you so wish.
Building Construction Contractor
(For clients based in London only) to link clients with recommended builder / contractor if required at later stage when the construction phase is arrived at.
Building Measurement Survey
We undertake precise building survey measurements (exterior and interior) of your existing property.
Professional drawings of Plans, Elevations and Roof Plan are done and packaged to you to have for future reference whenever you wish (for Planning applications, Building Regulations, Site / location layout).
Building Regulation Drawings
These are mandatory drawings done after your Planning drawings have been approved by your Council. Building Regulation drawings are the full technical, construction, building services / performance and specification drawings done to enable a good contractor to start the actual building of your project.
3D Visualisation and Modelling
Optional 3D work on your project using latest software and graphics is available if you wish to add this to the documents of your project. 3D helps you to clearly see the impression of your finished proposal in all its form and character. Its also a great tool for advertising or sharing images with interested 3rd parties, team or potential shareholders.
Online and Communication services
Discussions during your project design are key in keeping you involved as it progresses. Zoom online meetings at various stages (and other communication media) are available as an integral part of tools to assist and inform you till completion of your project.
