I used Green Code for extensions on my home. They explained the process to me from start to finish and updated me throughout the whole way of planning, building control and structural drawings, as well as party wall services.

We had structural calculation for our rear extension/renovation project. Extremely helpful and professional service. Big thank you to Benazir and Lavaon, and the rest of the team!

Due to running into unfortunate issues when commencing our extension, we needed to find a chartered engineer urgently to help us with our foundation. We thankfully found Design Code Architects who quickly came to our rescue. The communication from Benazir was excellent and friendly throughout and we received highest level of care. Sam, the engineer and MD/CEO, came to visit our house immediately and was friendly, professional and sympathetic when we explained that we were worried about how the change to the project will affect the overall building cost. Sam also took it upon himself to contact the building inspector and speak to contractors for the new foundation needed. Even after receiving the calculations and drawings which were turned around quickly, Benazir and Sam are still keeping in touch with us, helping and supporting us. I would highly recommend anyone to use Green Code Engineering. I am having my loft converted into a Dormer and at very short notice the had prepared my structural designs and calculations. Just had a one storey extension completed and I must say that Sam and his team at Residential Design Solutions provided an excellent service. My project was handled very professionally, the preliminary planing work was completed efficiently and Sam project managed the building work very well, keeping me informed of progress and generally overseeing everything. The team of builders were also very impressive. Their work was of a good standard, they were reliable, friendly and were happy to discuss what they were doing at every stage making sure to understand what I as the client wanted. Everything on my specification was completed without prompting from me and I am a very happy customer.

Excellent service!

Residential design solution prepared the drawings and got permission for rear extension. Although Hillingdon council hardly ever gives permission for 6 meters rear extensions. I did not have to worry about any paper work, they did all for me. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service provided by Residential Designs that was recommended to me by a friend. Always updated me on the progress of my project as well as giving me options to choose from and great ideas.
