Green Clean Living meet and exceed expectations. Shereen went above and beyond to get our apartment ready for the move out date. I didn’t think our place was dirty until I seen the job she did with it, where everything was literally sparkling to the point that I could see my reflection in the counter. Not only is she an amazing cleaner -staying until she met her own high standards of work- but she’s a genuinely lovely person. Giving advice on getting back our deposit and talking to us about general life. I could not recommend this company enough, to be honest I’m convinced that we underpaid for the amount of work that she put into the apartment. I’m recommending this company to everyone I know. We have have over 10 years experience as a team. We have been in business for 5 years.

We bring our own plant based eco friendly products. However, we require customers to provide mop/bucket due cross contamination. Following COVID-19 guidelines.

Bringing ease, flexibility and more time for clients to focus on other things. Creating clean and productive spaces.

Running my own business gives me more freedom, flexibility and time to spend with family and friends. Providing a cleaning service for my clients gives them flexibility, freedom and more time to focus on family, work etc.

Our primary goal is to build great lasting relationships with clients. Cleaners are always the same for bi weekly and monthly cleans.

Due to COVID-19 Clients can send us a quick video of their property to get a more accurate quote.

A MESSAGE TO OUR COMMUNITY ABOUT COVID-19

We hope our London and Surrey community is staying safe.

As we monitor the current situation at hand as well as listening to our current longstanding and most recent clients we are remaining open during this time.

Green Clean Living is taking all necessary precautions to keep you, your families and our team safe. We have conducted a careful review of our current processes and the recommendations issued by the UK Government and the World Health Organization (WHO).

With this in mind, we have implemented numerous improvements for your safety. The goal of these policies and procedures is to protect our dedicated, amazing cleaners and our wonderful valued clients, by taking active measures to prevent the spread of contagious illnesses to our cleaners and our
clients.

These updates include:

Use of face masks, face shields and other personal protective equipment including gloves.

We are provided with antibacterial hand sanitizer to use on a regular and frequent basis. 

We ensure no outdoor shoes are brought into your homes. We bring our own indoor shoes which are then sanitized between client visits. 

All plastic tools ie. vacuums and their attachments and other reusable tools are thoroughly disinfected between clients.

All cleaning supplies are newly laundered and sanitized to ensure germs and viruses are not spread from household to household.

To maintain social distancing measures, we ask that clients are away from their homes or isolated to one particular space during the time of cleaning. 

We have implemented strict staff policies to which requires any staff member experiencing or who has been in contact with someone experiencing cold or flu symptoms to stay home.

We are ensuring all high touch areas are given extra attention during cleanings using approved disinfectants.

All team members have been provided with training to ensure safety of the new products used. We will update our cleaning procedures as we learn more about how the COIV-19 virus spreads.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO RECEIVE SERVICES SAFELY
• Let us know in advance if you or a member of your household has received a doctor’s notice for being at higher risk of COVID-19;
• Book your services online and pay securely online to avoid cash-touching transmission;
• Provide us with as many details as possible in advance about the work you need to be done, prior to your service;
• Wear protective gear (gloves, masks and additional equipment, if necessary);
• If possible, open the windows of the room where the job takes place to ensure good ventilation;
• Maintain social distancing at all times when service professionals arrive at your property;
• Navigate the professionals to the area where the work needs to take place and keep your distance;
• Evaluate the work done by the professionals from distance or up close when they leave;
