Green and tidy tree care is a family run tree surgery business based in keighley west yorkshire. We specialise in all types of tree work from site clearances to hedge trimming. We offer free quotes and advice. We also offer a replanting service ranging from single trees to full replanting schemes for new developments.

Trimmed some hedges including a 6 foot high laurel hedge, they topped a couple of trees aswell, did a great job and left the garden very tidy, 5* definitely be using them again

Patrick completed some pruning of hedges and removal of a few overgrown trees. This was carried out professionally and to our requirements. He checked with us to ensure we were satisfied at various points and completed all works to a very high standard. All debris was cleared and our garden was clean and tidy. Patrick and his team have recently done a great job at removing a very large tree that was warped and growing extremely close to the house. Patrick was very professional and took charge of the council submission from start to end in order to apply for permission, as the tree had a TPO.Once approved by the council, the team were extremely efficient and removed the tree in a day as well as removing all debris. We've had two jobs done by Patrick. He was communicative, responsive to what we needed and he arrived when he said he would do. He also kept in touch via text. These points were important to us as previous experiences with other local tradesmen were not as positive and we were often left waiting for quotes; contact and the work to be done. Patrick and his team removed two huge trees from my garden. Not knowing what to expect, I was amazed and delighted at such professionalism. It was fascinating to observe the trees being taken down, carefully, safely, and so well organised. Not an easy site to navigate, you couldn't help but have total confidence in the teams skills and abilities. Everything was removed from the site, apart from branches - I asked if they could be shredded and left for me to mulch flower beds, which they happily did. Patrick gave us a competitive price for felling a large cherry tree and removing a number of conifer roots. He had to cancel our first appointment due to snow but kept me fully informed and offered a second appointment within a few days. He completed all the work we had agreed and also removed an additional bush without any additional charge, he even bagged up a builder’s bag of bark chippings for me which saved me money and delivery costs. Working with his assistant he showed a high regard for safety and care to ensure that other plants in my garden where not disturbed. Patrick and his colleague arrived punctually at 8.30am and spent the entire day working meticulously on removing a large quantity of overgrown trees and hedges. We even had wood chopped into small ready to use logs for our wood burner, which we thought was a lovely idea to recycle what we had readily available from our garden. Everything was carefully tidied and swept. It was a huge job and we were impressed at how skilled and competent the job was completed. We are we extremely happy with the result, and will not hesitate to use again in the future. Patrick gave us the most competitive price for felling 2 large trees in our garden. He and his team worked through horrible weather (in December) and completed the job before the light failed. We were anxious that other trees and plants would be damaged , but we needn't have worried. Not only did the guys respect our garden, but they chopped and stacked the wood and left the space pristine. Our patio and path were swept so you wouldn't know they even been there. Brilliant!
