About

I began my career as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS specialising in mental health and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Over a decade I developed my skills in CBT and a wide variety of therapeutic techniques. I am an excellent listener and seek to understand individuals, provide supportive challenge and work with them to achieve the change they want.

Sometimes we all need someone to focus on us for a while and just listen. Priscilla is really skilled at doing just this. She will give you her full attention and patiently listen as you tell her what you need to get off your chest . She has lots of experience in coaching and I found her very calm, focused, and passionate about it. I had some great conversations with her and found her very friendly and easy to talk to and she clearly has a lot of experience in different work settings and sectors. If you ever get the chance to be coached by Priscilla then grab it by the hands. More...

Priscilla coached me when I was facing two challenging situations. I was dealing with two individuals and there was potential for conflict and miss communication. I knew what I wanted to achieve from the situation, but I chose to ask Priscilla to help facilitate my thinking and decision making as I decided how to actually approach the situations. Together we mapped out the possible scenarios and options and I agreed on how I wanted to proceed and handle the situations. Priscilla provided an experienced and calm sounding board so that I was able to go confidently into the conversations knowing that I had thought through the options, identified what I needed to achieve and how I was going to increase the likelihood of a positive outcome for all parties involved. Spending that time talking it through with Priscilla, her listening and reflecting back to me, really contributed to the positive outcome that we actually achieved. Pricilla is very easy to talk to and is an extremely good listener. More...

I always come away from a meeting with Priscilla feeling thoroughly inspired. Its ok people trying to reassure you with things like “you are doing a gret job”, “don’t worry about it”. ..etc... Priscilla gives me a plan. Something concrete to adhere to and keep me accountable. Her input and structure is invaluable and an absolute life changer. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Not only has she helped me to develop my business in the fitness industry she has helped me to achieve a personal goal on getting under a certain time in a 5k run. Its not just that she helps you, she changes the way you think.

Being coached by Priscilla gave me more confidence in my decision making and direction towards achieving my goals

I worked in the NHS as a health professional for several years and then moved into consultancy work. I then spent some time working in the private sector in a software development agency that I co-owned. After many years I decided to develop my coaching and consultancy work but this time as part of my own business. Working for myself suits my life choices, providing me with the flexibility to train in triathlon and duathlon and I get immense satisfaction from helping other people to progress and grow on their chosen development path both in life or professionally.

I am not unique by any stretch, but I am quite rare in that I have a breadth of experience across mental health experience, public sector and private sector work. I have a long history of coaching and mentoring employees and leaders and have worked with individuals as well as groups and in large organisations and I am genuinely happy to help anyone who truly wants it. I am very friendly and down to earth but highly professional and organised at the same time

My services are all available online and remotely and sometimes face to face depending on location.

I use Zoom, Microsoft teams and Slack as well as other platforms as you need.
