I contacted Grayson's this morning as our heating and hot water had stopped working last night. I had not used them before and even though they were exceptionally busy when I explained the urgency as we have small kids in a very cold house, Tim arrived within 20 minutes as promised. Looking for a gas/heating engineer to check on my faulty thermostat and found Grayson Plumbing and Heating.
