I’ve been seeing Graham for 6 months and it has changed my life! Not only have I lost 3 stone in weight and many inches from all over, I have energy again and joint pain has decreased. It’s been hard work but Graham’s professionalism, knowledge and support has been second to none. He is very passionate about doing the best for each client and helping them to achieve their individual goals. Graham is constantly seeking to learn new ways of working to enhance his clients experience. The holistic approach he brings to each client is what makes him, in my opinion, the very best. I am suffering from lumbar stenosis and am on the waiting list for an operation called lumbar 3/4 decompression.Over the last few months graham has been a great help to me in providing stretching and other exercises to make me feel a little more comfortable whilst trying to cope with this painful condition.

I’ve had a wonderful 18 months training with Graham and plan to continue. From a standing start of very little exercise and really disliking training I now look forward to every session with Graham. Exercises are both varied and focused and I have seen tangible results in strength and physique. Graham has real intuition and knowledge for what works for you any given situation. For a recent ski holiday we spent 6 weeks focusing on leg and core strength and this led to the best ski-in for 20 years because of significantly increased fitness. Graham does not generally subscribe to the “no pain no gain” approach which is spot on for someone at my stage of life (40). That is not to say that training is easy but rather than mindlessly “beasting” clients can be counter-productive. I went to the circuit training on Tuesday night at the Fitness Garage run by Graham. It was one of those nights which was wet and cold and I really felt more like crashing out on the sofa. Once I got there and I started to so much better, great class with like minded people I really enjoyed it and the hour went very quickly. I slept so much better that night because of the exercise and felt a lot brighter the next day. I would recommend his class to anyone who wants to get fit or maintain strength and flexibility. I spent 8weeks strength and conditioning with Graham for my golf. The results regarding my stretching and all round ability has improved drastically. Being able to sort out my posture so that this gave me the widest possible swing arc has meant i can now hit the ball even further..but also being able to increase stamina was a key aspect. I recently started a circuit class with Graham along with a few other people of varying shapes, sizes and ages. Graham is able to quickly adapt his techniques depending on the individual in the group and takes time to explain the purpose of the exercise and likely benefits. I've done 12 weeks of group conditioning classes with Graham, I've really enjoyed it, and done exercises that I've never done before. I've found Graham to be welcoming, friendly, professional and observant. He has excellent attention to detail to make sure that you are working correctly. I took advantage of Graham's pre Christmas special offer...mainly because I had a shoulder problem which I hadn't been able to fix and also because I have an interest in health and body mechanics in general.
Graham has a gentle attitude, but don't be deceived! He totally knows what he's doing! With a huge amount of up to date body mechanics and nutritional knowledge and skill, Graham helped me to get my shoulder moving with a far greater range of movement than I had expected.

Graham is extremely professional and I am really enjoying the PT sessions with him, in fact this is the longest I have kept up with regular training and I intend on staying that way . I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to change their shape and be healthy from an exercise perspective but also diet too, he has taught me a lot about stress and the effects it has on the body . He is also very flexible as I work and have children sessions in the early hours of the morning are my only option - make the time for yourself to be healthy!!! More...

I've been training with Graham since the start of February and 10 weeks in I have lost 1 stone and 3lbs. Graham has totally totally transformed my diet and designed me a series of bespoke exercise programs that have really helped me to get the most out my training and my working days in general. I've never felt so energised and switched on at work and I know I wouldn't feel this way if it wasn't for Graham's tailored and thorough approach. Graham is a pleasure to train with and his approach is completely different to anything I have experienced before. He made me realise you don't need to yourself train yourself into the ground to achieve results. His approach is tailored and specific to each individual and he takes time to assess you before coming up with a programme. Graham has helped me with a couple of issues over last few months. Firstly, I contacted him because I had put weight on and am developing a 'paunch belly. ' He was very helpful and sent me a link to his ebook which was very enlightening. Within 10 days I had lost 4kg and was back down to my normal weight, mainly thanks to a focus on healthier eating.
Then I have been having problems with a condition in my foot called Plantar Fascitis. This can be very painful and debilitating at times which is a problem for my job as I'm on my feet a lot of the time.Graham sorted me an appointment at short notice and did an hour long assessment. As well as suggesting pain relief and techniques to help, he put together an exercise programme to help stop the problem at source, which was actually my neck and back. I am starting the programme now and looking forward to sorting my body out!
Graham is friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend his services.

I have been training with Graham for nearly two years now. I lost around 1 stone in our earlier engagement largely through a tailored training program and a focus on healthy balanced eating and life style. I have kept the weight off and maintained a stable diet and exercise regime. My body shape has changed for the better too and noticed by lots of my friends. Graham’s approach to training is completely different to anything I have experienced before. I have had other PTs who take more of a boot camp approach to training. Graham asks how you are feeling, how much exercise you may have completed yourself (if any) and tailors a session accordingly. Often I like to go cycling so he will factor this in and maybe not focus on cardio as much. I have a fast paced, high pressure job with involves a lot of travel to London and often a lot of PC work. We do exercises to counter my desk position and also if I am feeling a little tired or pre-occupied we will focus on zone exercises to stimulate energy flows. Do not be misled, this is not an easy option. Grahams’ sessions are challenging and varied. I love training outside and he also accommodates this!! We have trained in sun, wind, rain and snow!! Invigorating! Sometimes myself or sometimes training with my partner which is fun and of course becomes very competitive! He just accommodates us whatever we throw at him He is always punctual, professional and very reliable. A guru in personal fitness, health and wealth being. Graham is so much more than just a Personal Trainer, his advice on diet, exercise, posture and lifestyle is invaluable. His encouragement and words of wisdom have really helped me keep motivated and within just two weeks I lost half a stone, my body shape improved, I am sleeping better and my confidence is growing. I am still on my journey with Graham but wanted to write a review to recommend his services. Back in January 2017 I searched for a trainer and found Graham who seemed to suit my needs the most. I was in a very low place with my self belief and after having a sedentary job for the last couple of years wasn't sure how I would find training again. My challenge to Graham was to make me happy again. I never thought I would love going to my sessions quite so much and so much that I stayed on after the initial 3 x a week for 3 months and had an additional month and now also do a weekly core conditioning class. My weight, health and self belief has improved immensely and I found strength that I never knew I had (oh and he succeeded as I am very happy). Graham is great at pushing me in what he knows I can do (and it does amaze me at times). Graham has been an excellent trainer. He has made me have a new approach to fitness. Through strengthening exercises and changing my diet I now have tonnes more energy and I have strengthened crucial areas that were so weak. He tailors the workouts to meet my needs and he has given me so many additional tips and new exercises that I can then use and do on my own anywhere. This encourages me to workout more and more. After initially joining up with Graham to do a two week fat furnace i was so impressed with the results that i carried on the sessions for a further 4 weeks. Not one for exercise or a good diet previously i could quickly see and feel an improvement in my all round health and fitness. Beforehand my diet was poor and cutting certain food groups out of my daily routine with Graham's advice improved my all round well being, sleeping better and having more energy to name but two noticeable improvements. The exercise programs which were set away from the PT sessions fitted around my life and were easy to follow and enjoyable, making a real difference to my overall fitness levels. Graham offered up excellent advice on nutrition, relaxation techniques and dietary options which were excellent and proved to me food is more than just cereal for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch and chips for dinner. I have been training with Graham for 2 years. Graham rehabilitated me after a cruciate knee ligament injury and got me back playing football. I have thoroughly enjoyed the training sessions and have seen some great results such as weight loss, improved performance, and more stability. My sixteen year old son has been training with Graham for two years as a supplement to his competitive swimming. Over this time he has learnt a lot about the science of muscle strengthening and nutrition. Graham has exceptional knowledge and my son has benefited much from this.

I went to Graham specifically to improve my flexibility. As a result I certainly feel looser in my neck and shoulders. However Graham also included exercises to help with my golf and as a result I do seem to be hitting the ball straighter which is a bonus.

I've used several PT's in the past and Graham is by far and away the most thorough and knowledgable by far. He has helped me lose weight, corrected my misalignment, brought on by all the time spent at a desk and in the car and tailored a specific training program designed to improve my sports performance playing golf.
I'm feeling taller (now my posture is correct), slimmer and all round feeling healthier as a result of working with Graham. I can't recommend his services enough.

I took the plunge back in January 2017 and searched for a trainer. As soon as I saw Graham's approach I decided he was the best fit for my needs. I wanted to loose weight, get fit and also be happy again. Graham managed to help me achieve all of this. He tailored all the workouts to meet my needs and changed things which I didn't enjoy as much. I originally joined for 3 times a week for 3 months. I stayed for 4 months 1:1 and now also do his core conditioning class on a weekly basis. I am reluctant to stop attending sessions after the improvements I have made. I first trained with Graham approximately 3 years ago and started training with him again in July 2016 for a variety of reasons. Primarily because I wanted my energy levels to increase, to improve my sleep pattern, improve my posture (from years of sitting at a desk), strengthen my body and lose weight - generally to feel a whole lot better.

Graham has helped me immensely with all of this and I can highly recommend him to everyone and I do! What he tells you to do works!

Started in October 16 - working with graham to help achieve my golfing goals. Wanted to become stronger and more flexible whilst being able to increase speed to hit the ball further. Started off with base conditioning to help create a solid base in which we then moved into a strength phase and now currently in a power phase! When i first went to see Graham he assessed my flexibility, stress levels, diet, and lifestyle. From there he developed a training plan that I could follow. Since following this plan I have lost a stone and a half. My energy and mood is so much better and the balance of work and exercise is much improved.
