What do you love most about your job?
I find it very rewarding when students pass the exams that I have helped prepare them for.
It is very rewarding seeing my students making good progress either at school or with me if they are home schooled. Many of my students move up a set or more at school if they are not already in the top set.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started being a Private Tutor after completing my teacher training at Greenwich University, whilst looking for a full-time position as a college lecturer in mechanical engineering. Not finding a suitable lecturers position, I found it possible to tutor full-time.
Why should our clients choose you?
When looking for a private tutor, it is recommended that the tutor should not only possess a degree in their tutoring subject but also a teaching qualification.
I hold two degrees from the Open University in science & maths, Certificate of Education Further Education from Greenwich University.

I am able to offer lessons on-line or face to face. Previous to Covid-19, I tutored students on-line who lived outside our travel areas.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am now double vaccinated against Covid-19, now including the booster, this allows me to offer lessons in person.
For students who still feel unsafe with face to face lessons, on-line lessons are provided.
Tuition & Exam Advice
Being a GCSE physics examiner since 1995, allows me to offer expert exam advice to my students. This allows my students to be more confident when sitting their final exams.
