I have been really impressed with Pall Mall. Helen has been amazing throughout my journey. She has kept in contact with me and answered any questions I have had, putting me at ease. My surgeon Mr El Gewad is amazing!!! I have a condition called lipoedema which can be very debilitating. I have had to have regular pain killers due to the pain it causes and required support aids to help me get into my car. I have also avoided certain situations due to my condition and how it makes me feel. I never believed I would be able to afford to have something done about it so I was so excited to find out that with Pall Mall I could afford to make life changing results to my body. I have had one operation so far and already my confidence has grown. I have finally wore a pair of shorts and also no longer need my pain medication. Mr El Gewad had a great understanding of my condition and was always available at the end of the phone post surgery. He was very attentive and has done a wonderful job. The clinic and staff have all been fantastic and attentive with their care. So I am excited to continue my journey with them to improve both my physical and mental health. More...

Staff were on hand to assist with any questions whilst filling relevant forms in. Waiting area was clean, modern and I witnessed a very organised appointment based service was being adhered to. I attended the practice for diagnostic tests and upon meeting the nurse (who assisted me) I felt at ease and that I was given a very respectful and compassionate service given my reason for having to attend. 1 week post surgery today and I’m glad I chosen pall mall for my Breast augumentation it’s been a hard week recovering but the results are so worth it from start to finish brilliant service anything I needed Sarah was happy to help any time aswell as Mr Prasad was always willing to put my mind at ease answering any questions and seeing me over again because I was so nervous. Nurses and all staff was fab and so helpful. Sarah also came to theatre with me so I didn’t panic . I am very conscious and worry a lot i was able to access emergency contacts if I had any worry’s after surgery and was able to speak to somebody when I needed too. Superb hospital. Had really good care through my gynaecomastia surgery last month. Nurses were excellent and really looked after me. Room was spotless and had a TV too! Surgery went well and ive had follow up appointments to see the Surgeon and Nurses regularly too. Nearly fully healed, can barely see any scaring and love my new flatter chest profile. We use Pall Mall every time we have a health issue with any staff onboard our boats. When you need rapid access to a GP clinic - morning, noon or night, Pall Mall are the only ones we can rely on to fit us in fast. We have limited time in port and one call is all it takes. Sam and Vlad are so nice whenever we need to book an appointment. Their doctors are polite and helpful, and we have had check ups, medicines or whatever we need done there and then. Had an appointment over my hay fever. It went really well and from reception to seeing the GP, I had a warm and friendly reception. The booking team fit me in during my lunch break so I can pop in whilst not taking any time off work. Was given lots of options but chose the injection and 3 days later, its really working. I spoke to Raja via Facebook after contacting several other private blood test providers who were all either very expensive in comparison or didn’t have any availability for weeks and within an hour of speaking to Raja I was in their Manchester clinic having my bloods taken - all the staff at the clinic were fantastic! Really lovely and welcoming and I’m not good with needles but literally for the 1st time (and I’ve had a lot of bloods taken over the years) didn’t feel a thing not even a ‘sharp scratch’ as they usually say and to make even more of an excellent service I received my results by 10:30 this morning! It was an absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end and I will not hesitate in using pall mall medical again or recommending them to friends & family! I have actually used Pall Mall in the past when I was advised by a NHS hospital that I was likely miscarrying my baby & that they couldn’t find any trace on a scan - I booked a consultation & private scan for 24 hours later with a private obstetrician at Pall Mall Medical & immediately he could see the heart beat! My little boy is now 3 years old! I cannot believe I am writing this post so soon as I only had my consultation 4 days ago! I explained to Sarah, my patient co-ordinator, that I would have liked the procedure done as soon as possible because of my job and she did everything she could to get me booked in for the same week! ! She was amazing from start to finish and kept checking up on me throughout to see how I was feeling. Surgery day went so quickly and although I was very nervous Bev, Matt and the team looked after me so well and made me feel as comfortable as possible trying to distract me from what I was worried about. I went to pall mall hospital for cosmetic surgery and I couldnt be happier the staff was absolutely amazing. From the minute I come through the door they were there to support me especially with me being nervous. Bev & Danielle the 2 nurses that were there to support me are amazing both are very friendly and caring and helped me to settle and to be more comfortable. The 2 men doing anesthetic (apologies I didn't get your names) but were amazing and very comforting as I was nervous going into the anestetic room. Of course my Surgeon was fantastic and very professional such a lovely person. I was supported the whole way through my surgery would highly recommended this hospital. I came to pall mall in August to have a breast augmentation. I am amazed with my results the surgeon(Mr Prasad) I couldn’t fault him in any way.
