The staff truly loves our fur babies! They are so excited to get dolled up and handsome. Their grooming is cut to fit each of my fur babies that provides a personality. The best service I have had for my dog in a long time. During our first visit, they spent the time to get to know him and let him get to know them first before I left. My dog has a lot of hair, Sheltie. and they are not easy to groom. He came back with a professional cut. I appreciate the fact that he was never put in a crate and instead got to socialize with other dogs. The facility was clean and all staff was friendly and professional. My first impression, I walked in and a cute poodle greeted my pupper Brownie and I. Awesome! They had a white board with the pets name saying " Welcome (pets name) and hooks with the dogs name to hang the leash, again very cute and organized. I felt they were prepared and were already expecting our visit. Usually my dog cries when I leave him at groomers but he was a little calmer here which again I loved. I showed the groomer a pic of what I wanted and she gave me her input. I left and 3 hours later (my dog is a verryyyy fluffy pom) they called my dad to pick up. I accompanied my sister to pick up my lab/mix Sadie from Connie's. I walked up to the door and was greeted to Sadie playing with Sterling on the floor. I was pleased to see that my dog was stress free and relaxed in that environment. In addition, the de-shed treatment that was done on her was wonderful and her shedding reduced dramatically. Connie did a fabulous job with Bono. Bono has terminal leg issues but didn't seem phased at all by having Connie groom him and he really hasn't allowed much touching in his leg area due to soreness. I took my standard poodle puppy to Connie for his 1st grooming. Connie understood how important it was that he had a positive experience as he would be getting groomed regularly. She also did my labradoodle puppy who just needed a bath. When I picked them up I looked in the window and my labradoodle was laying on a rug sleeping while Connie finished with my poodle. I know they had a great experience because I took them outside and then walked back inside and they both darted through the door and went straight to Connie for more petting.
