This is definately the best take away in town. Ive ordered twice from here now and the food arrives fresh, clean and hot. Their portion sizes are very generous and everything we have ordered so far has been delicious

I recently won a free pie & chips meal, collected it tonight (my first visit to Golden Fish Bar) & it was really delicious! Good portion size, the chips were golden & fluffy inside and the pie was lovely & flaky. Also bought a chip butty which was crammed with chips & gravy that actually tasted of proper gravy, best we've had from a fish & chip shop in fact! Really pleased to have won this prize & we will definitely be back to try more from the menu!! More...

I would like to say that I tried this out for the first time. The young man who took my phone call was extremely polite. I know Thorney was far and on a busy day delivery may not have been possible but they agreed to deliver with a smile. The delivery Person was very polite and smiled he said a cheery hello to my kids and asked how my evening was. The food was absolutely amazing! The best fish n chips I have ever had! Probably best take away in Peterborough.
They always go out their way to provide a 100% perfect service.
My son's pizza was missed off the order and the delivery driver phoned the shop had it made and went straight back to bring it for my son who was upset.
No were else would you get that.
