Worst massage I've ever had. No warm up just way to much deep pressure. I've been left with a pinched nerve in my shoulder and cerival tinnitus, and daily migraines every day since I visited. Avoid !

Finally I got to have my massage, thanks Maria for fitting me in! After a very tiring work while I was pregnant and 6 months after having a baby, my whole body is aching, this massage definitely gave me a reboost, looks like I will have to go every month, need to concentrate more on the shoulders next time!

I have been visiting Goldcrest Therapy for almost two years. I can honestly say the treatment given to my muscular aches and pains is second to none.
I always have the deep tissue massage which is perfect for me. As an athlete my legs certainly take some strain and after treatments I feel both physically and mentally uplifted.
I used to suffer from shoulder and neck aches but over time and through my regular monthly appointments with GoldCrest Therapy, these aches have vanished.
I can recommend Goldcrest therapy without hesitation.

Excellent deep-tissue massage. Had a lasting effect rather than a 'relaxing' massage. As a cyclist, it was agony at times but that's down to my poorly stretched muscles - no pain, no gain!
