Actually Philip after further correspondence over the phone in which you identified your location was within out reach . I even initiated the effort to see if I can allocate staff along your route and I notified you via text message and even left 2 several voicemail that it would not be possible. Besides due to current pandemic we were trying mobilise our team to within oxford and not outskirt as yet and it was in our best interest to deal regular client and not take on new ones as yet as government rules were not relaxed as yet .

We advise customers to have their own supplies strictly for health and safety . Particularly with the current pandemic it best advised for each individual to have theirs . Not only but also the requirement of supplies varies with each individual client .
