Broke multiple laws, entered property without 24hr notice as per UK law. Locked rooms and made them private despite them being part of viewings and in the advert (madness) also rented out other rooms as an airbnb despite advertising the property as a 6m month minimum which meant I somehow ended up living in a hotel.

I haven't used their service yet but wanted to leave a review off the back of a phone call I had last week. I called Globeline after reading all of their positive reviews and the odd negative one and was unsure what to expect. David was super friendly. Nothing was a problem and unlike other calls I made to agents in the area he did not pressure me into making an appointment and quote me a ridiculous price for my house over the phone. Really glad I took their advice today. I've had my flat empty for the last couple of months and I really just needed someone in it. We had an application which they checked thoroughly... Turned out that the interested party had a CJJ and a previous history of not paying. They saved me a huge head ache with what could have been a poor choice on my behalf. My house had been on the market for a while. I had lot's of opinions on why it had not sold. I heard everything from Brexit to the need to invest thousands in renovations if I wanted to sell. ..I walked past Globeline Estates and went in on the spur of the moment. I found their approach really refreshing. There was no nonsense, no sales pitch just the honest truth that other agents had over valued my house in order to get me onboard. They then showed me a list of properties sold within the last six months in and around my areas (that were comparable) which indicated the true price of the property. I was always realistic as to what I wanted to achieve I just did not really know the value.
