Really good fully equipped gym. Great machines and very helpful staff who want you to feel comfortable. When I started, I stuck to the upstairs cardio machines. As the months went on, the staff suggested an induction to the weights down stairs. I explained that I felt uncomfortable as the body builders and people who were more athletic than me are down stairs and they put my mind at ease. They even wrote me a workout plan as I didn't know what to do! and it's going great. I have lost the weight i wanted to and I'm now focusing on toning up. Outstanding little gym you can tell the owners really put their heart and soul into this place. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the gym is impeccably clean. This really is a first class gym. Well equipped with approximately sixty stations of modern, state of the art Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment for all aspects of exercise and weight training over two floors. They also offer studio space and classes such as Kieser spinning and various Aerobic classes.The reception area offers a cafe lounge with a supplement shop and shake blends bar, and they also stock a range of high quality tailor made nutrition meals.There is even a stand up Sun Shower.Sports massages are available at an additional cost and are very competitively priced. You really get a 'bang for your buck' at this gym, the membership fees are more than reasonable.And all this is topped off with really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who take an interest in what you are doing, they are always on hand to offer help and advice.Have a good look round the gym via the 360 degree photos in this review, see for yourself what's on offer! Various reasons make this gym the best in the area. 1. Great equipment, mixture of weights and cardio. I like that the cardio is split from the weight section. 2. Separate room for spin classes, fitness classes which are inclusive of your contract! 3. Staff are very helpful, always happy to assist and give advice. 4. Overall, very clean with locker and shower facilities. 5. Supplements, the reception area have a wide range of protein etc... Competitive prices, and very handy indeed. 6. Just joined the gym. The staff have been really helpful so far and have booked me in for a training session. First time going tonight and I'm really looking forward to it! This is one of two gyms I've ever trained at, and felt comfortable with. Only to find out that the owners of glfitness was the managers of the other gym I trained at. Glfitness has all the equipment you need for any workout. And the classes are brilliant. The owners also have extensive knowledge on training and have a great protein.
