Sorry you did not like the Zoflora air freshener. I use mostly odour free products the only odour in one of my products was lemon. But I understand that air freshener is not to everyone’s liking (Midnight Bloom). The cost was agreed with your mother which included all products and all my equipment. Within the price was a charge for wages as you had to cancel a clean at very short notice and your mum offered to pay for part of the wage for one of my workers I paid the other half and took the loss. A lot don’t realise that there are hidden cost that as a business I have to pay. Insurance, DBS checks, fuel, equipment, wages, products, disposable gloves, washing of cleaning cloth’s (clean cloth’s always used due to cross contamination) Coshh registration & environment exams, lead cost’s from Bark. Although you might think it was expensive I worked after all the above costs for around £8 per hour. That said job satisfaction is very important I love cleaning and making a house clean/tidy I did ask for you to check that everything was cleaned to your satisfaction before we left you started that it was and smelt beautiful. Sorry that you changed your mind I have offered to come back free of charge. Really like all of my clients to be happy with all cleans. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you would like me to return free of charge as a good will gesture.

I did not like the service at all . I paid 200£ for deep cleaning to take place to my house which 3 bedroom, 2 bath and a toilet. 2 ladies came in for 3 hours. I had migraine on that day. After 3 hours they told me we finished. I was happy that things were organised and I told them I will use you again. However, after they left I checked and found dust were loads behind the sofa, the rugs were not moved ( stains under the rugs on the porcelain were not wiped) , upstairs rug was not moved, kitchen small appliances was not moved, microwave inside was not cleaned , the worktop was not properly cleaned. The stove silver paper was left as is, the glass behind the stove was not wiped at all . Also we agreed that drawers and cabinet will not be touched, but the agreement were not followed . What I got is a standard cleaning not deep and I don’t like any other house to deal with them.
I have a cleaner came the day following that day to help me in cleaning under sofas and kitchen and I had to pay extra . More...

I employed this company to clean the house after renovation and have it ready for the decorator. The house had been cleared of all debris and all that required doing was windowsills and banister cleaned and dusted floors dampening down and dust vacuuming kitchen wall wiping down and kitchen door cleaning. I was charged £160 for this clean and its a 3 bedroomed end terrace. Following inspection the next day i was horrified to find all that had been done was the windowsills and skirting boards. Floors were as dusty the kitchen floor was dirtier than before she started, Windows smeared and dirty worktops in kitchen smeared (obviously using dirty cloths) Kitchen wall had never
been touched!! She could of only stayed a couple of hours which is dishonest. I feel as if I have been robbed. Do not employ this woman she is a very poor cleaner and did an awful shoddy job I wanted to give 0 stars but it wont let you. More...

I am so sorry you feel that the cleaning was not what you expected but unfortunately you requested a move in clean on Bark which you stated was untrue until I showed you the request what you required was a mid construction clean I explained that I did not have the correct equipment with me for a mid construction clean but would do what I could and have offered to come back I was there for 9 hours the rubbish removal boy can testify to that I have all the photos of before and after if anyone would like to see them once again I am sorry that you did not understand that different equipment is needed for different jobs.
