NEVER pay George cash in hand because if anything goes wrong he will not get back to you or take your phone calls he’ll put the phone down on you
also he gave us list of material he needed for the job he estimated far too much double the amount of sand three times the amount of wood which I paid for also paid for the delivery THE joints are coming apart there is dips in the grass he was angry at the end he seemly had an appointment for later A PROFESSIONAL WOULD HAVE MANAGEHIS TIME BETTER
ie he could have come earlier than lunch time or even said he had to go and came back the next day which was the day he was supposed to finish anyway this job cost substantial amount
GEORGE didn’t even apologise for the mess he made of my flower garden it was nice before he came not after he had rolled the grass over it I’ve doing this for 2 years and buying loads of plants More...

We had George and another guy respond to our enquiry on Bark for Painting of three small bedrooms - just the walls and one coat on ceilings no woodwork. They arrived late and did the worst paint job I’ve ever seen. Got paint all over our newly tiled bathroom floor - they weren’t even painting that room. There are patches they missed, drips down the walls and very thick paint in parts and other areas with hardly any. Looks awful. We will have to sand down and redo the whole job. They also quoted me a fixed sum then added an extra £100 for buying brushes and rollers. Painters should have these tools of the job. I paid them the extra then saw the terrible job they had done and they had left all the paint trays, brushes and paint open lying around. My mistake for paying before I had inspected the work. I got in touch with them but no response or explanation. I would really not recommend for painting. More...

Great service - the lads came at very short notice to help out with painting a house where we had been let down. Really hard working and worked quickly and carefully. Thank you 😊

Disappointed that they never arrived on the day they stated. I had to contact them yesterday to ask if they were still coming. They said they would come today and again let me down without a call to say. Not sure why they couldn't call me. My husband took time off to be at home for them😒 More...
