Pizza was average (and just about warm when arrived) delivery took over 1h 30min which was an absolute joke! No way to phone through as line was either busy or voicemail too full to take messages. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had!! I literally order twice a week.. Thinking of getting shares in the place. We ordered pizza on Saturday and half an hour after my food had Been marked delivered it still hadn't been so I called tone shop. The girl on the phone was lovely. Very apologetic.. Explained your app had crashed and my food would be 10minuets. When my food arrived the delivery driver again and apologised and gave us 2 free cans of coke. 5* service.. Waited over 1.5 hours for my food this evening and when it came the pizza ordered through the app as advised by staff for a child with a dairy allergy came with cheese and not vegan cheese. Thankfully I checked before serving so child is unharmed. Spent the next 1.5 hours trying to get through to someone to rectify this without success and had to source food elsewhere in the interim. 🤩 AMAZING 🤩 Outstanding place. Have ordered from here multiple times and have to say the food is excellent, tasty and freshly made. Staff are professional and courteous on the phone and in store, have a great knowledge of their menu and give honest times for prep/delivery. My partner and I won the latest competition. Before hand, we didn’t know about this place. We got - double cheese burger, chips & a pizza.
