I work as a person-centred counsellor and am presently offering online and telephone counselling, but hoping to offer face-to-face counselling as soon as possible. I work with clients across all age ranges, from teenagers to adults and have the fullest commitment to offering a service which is welcoming to all backgrounds in a supportive and non-discriminatory; non-judgemental manner.

I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety; stress; low-mood/ depression; low self-esteem; relationship issues; bereavement; work related stress.

I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work within the BACP ‘Ethical Framework for Counsellors’, and also the BACP Guidelines for Online Counselling and Psychotherapy.
