All work we carry out is under the inspection of the local council building control.
We give them a working method statement and then at each stage of the build the building inspectors will inspect the work to ensure all is built correctly.

Gil was very polite and not pushy in any way. We decided to postpone the conversion in the end due to circumstances changing but I would certainly recommend based on our interactions.

Gil did an amazing job on our garage conversion,from not been touched for many years to being transformed into an amazing room with bathroom and conservatory on the back,he was so good,we had him back to do our outbuildings,a trustworthy lovely man,who used amazing people to do various bits along the job !

From start to finish we;_
Raise the floor to internal level insuring the complete build is insulated,
All electrical work will have a compliance Part p certificate
All plumbing heating
All plastered and skim finished.
What do you love most about your job?
I love creating a new space be it transforming a mouldy old garage into a dream kitchen, bedroom, home study, sports gymnasium, the ideas are endless ,as I say the choice is yours. office , gym, baby room. sitting room, sewing room, dark dungeon for the kids, granny annex.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like being creative and being able to watch a transformation as the build goes from day one to the completed product.
