One of the worker lied. About the policy and taken 2000 rupees and name of the worker was Ruchi now they are not even giving my money back and not even providing any service

Very very bad experience with them...Teachers pls pls I request not to fall in their trap. They will call you and say parents are waiting just for you to take the classes, you just have to take our subscription and after that u can start taking classes. They will talk to you in such a beautifully designed way that u will no longer deny them n will end up taking their membership coz u want the classes ultimately, Once u buy their membership, They will get vanished as they are ghost seriously. No parents are there..no classes nothing... what you have to do just call the parents and talk regarding the classes. If this has to be done then why the hell their executives say that parents n students n classes are confirmed n are waiting for u only. The app registers fake parents and wants tutor to work in very less fees with more number of days and when you complain this to associate they becomes so rude that it's hard to handle even paying the money you have to beg, really disgusting.
The associates starts playing a game of reversing leads.

Seems like a complete fraud organisation. They take money and then they start ignoring ur calls. Executive named Ramesh kumar committed home tutions within a month or they will refund our money. But now he is ignoring our calls.

Totally fraud.. in beginning I used to receive 50 calls in a day after paying the fees all of them vanished.. sab bha ag gaye chor… paise leke loot lete hain aur phir gaayab ho jaate hain… bilkul fraud hai
