I've just had new feather edge fencing installed in the back garden to replace the worn out brushwood screening that was there. We recently used Genuine Home Services for some fencing work. Anthony's website is clear and informative about what they do and how they will do it. Although some may find his approach a little idiosyncratic, judging by other reviewers' comments it obviously works well. We would recommend Genuine Home Services (GHS) without any reservations whatsoever. <br />He and his co-worker arrived early (as<span id="moreReview622398" class="hide"> they said they would) and got down to work straight away. The fence is a "shared" one and my neighbour's land is on a higher level than ours. Anthony was very diplomatic and flexible about keeping my neighbour happy throughout the day and both of us are delighted with the finished result. <br />As well as doing a cracking job GHS were very competitive on price and I would recommend that you get a quotation from them as part of the process of choosing a contractor, even if you go elsewhere later on. We found Anthony to be very straightforward to talk to and he was, by some way, the most impressive of the firms which visited and quoted us for the work. <br />Finally we have already made a provisional arrangement for GHS to quote us for some Tree Surgery work later on this year on the strength of what they did this time round.</span> More...

We had some fence put up in the back of our garden and I just want to say it was really good. They done exceptional work on a hard job as the dirt was eroding at the back due to the motorway. I chose Genuine Home Services because not only was Anthony very customer focused, he gave a very reasonable quote. <br /><br />Anthony's team worked very hard after a slow start due to poor access to the rear of the property and finished the job in a timely fashion. <br /><br />The team removed some waste which I a had already cut down. I contacted this company as my dad wanted a tree cutting down in his rear garden, I have to say Anthony who I believe is the company director contacted me without delay fixing a date to come and view and price the job £185, brilliant price, Anthony came back on the agreed date with his team and they chopped the tree down and made good the area. We had a garden that had many trees and wasn't very child friendly as it had different levels and over growing greenery. But then we told Anthony what we wanted and received a very competitive quote. The quote to have several trees lopped was competitive and I liked Anthony's business manner. They turned up on time and the work took up much of the day. They checked with me at regular intervals that everything was as I wanted it, which allowed me to modify things slightly. The work was done efficiently and the trees looked good when finished.
