- Generate initial ideas and work collaboratively with the client to decide on a direction, providing as much guidance and advice as required

- Background information and resources e.g. existing brand guidelines
- Brief on what is to be achieved along with any specifications, constraints etc.
What do you love most about your job?
Fusing the skills of my team so we use the insights and intellectual rigour of strategy to guide the brilliance of creativity. Then robust project management ensures everything is delivered on time and the tech wizards provide the measurement capability, enabling us to know that what we did worked.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a criminal amount of money being wasted at agencies on things that didn't make a real difference to the brands they served. Too many staff at an account level actually obstructing communication between client and creative rather than facilitating it, expensive pitches and gimmicky gestures to charm and keep clients. I knew that I could cut all of that out and deliver a service where SME brands were served by some of the brightest talent, without the "designer price tag".
