A well designed garden can add up to 25% on to your house value, according to most high street estate agents, this of course depends on the overall structure and architectural design and design features, however even with some features in a small garden, you can gain 12% and upward. I have designed many gardens, installing beautiful patios (Not always the standard boring type,) more warm and inviting with natural stone etc, however of course, I have done many simple slab patios as well, but can always incorporate into said, some clever design features to give a much more welcoming look! I have many images to show in my portfolio and prospective clients can visit and view my own garden design here at my home....(as on portfolio) I design raised ponds, and specialize in this field as well as raised beds (made from brick or stone) and large, medium and small Patios - from all types of stone and other materials, made to fit or and fit/design... as well as walk through area, rosaries - inform what plant where, soil types explained, best plants suited for soil, Best plants for the shaded area, grass cutting and free treatment/feeding etc, and general maintenance, including hedge cutting, small tree pruning, Fruit tree pruning, weeding and weed prevention, border design. Total garden Makeover, etc. I design areas in the garden to attract wildlife. I design special feature rockery places, resting area, so on and so on. My prices are very fair, I give free estimates for one off jobs, quotes based upon what is required, as well as a set rate of £35.00 per session (90 minutes) or (£25.00 for up to 60 minutes.) The higher rate is for those seeking a gardener on a more regular basis, generally every week or two weeks and for up to 90 minutes at any one time- For this set price you get the entire service as indicated above. (Patio, Pond and other garden design are all subject to quotes) I thus work several hours per week for some clients, (when designing - as most clients are very happy to have design work done overtime, rather than in a MAD RUSH! which does not suit me either!) then return to a more regular basis once any building/design work, pond work etc, is finished. I get frequent return work and new work from many clients whom over time have been charged unfairly for the most simple tasks in the garden. I also help clients re-plant after many gardeners have pulled out young shrubs, plants, perennials etc, calling them weeds. I know what I am doing, I am deeply passionate regarding nature and my clients needs. I like to give more than I receive, and thus no job is ever out the question, however I do not work with artificial grass, nor am I a turf gardener, sorry! I will and do remove grass and build many patio features, ponds, etc. Keep me in mind. I don't do landscape work, nor work in gardens that are way too far out of control (this is for the landscaper - not for me) Nor do I remove rubbish from any gardens. I DO NOT REMOVE GARDEN WASTE.
