Cat is absolutely amazing and I recommend her 100%!! I went to see her with a horrible back pain and could barely move, and she was amazing! Massage therapy
A 30 or 60 minute relaxing massage helping to reduce muscular tension and de-stress the mind
Sports massage
A 30, 45 or 60 minute treatment perfect for those with a lot of tension, reduced mobility or pain from an injury. This can include dry needling, myofascial cupping and/or kinesio taping if required.
Pregnancy massage
A 60 minute full body massage, helping to reduce tension and discomfort. This treatment can be booked from your 2nd trimester as long as you have your Dr's or midwife's consent.
