I ordered a bespoke sweater from Amy at I Should B. She was really helpful when it came to deciding on the size and colour, guiding me as to what would look good.

Q&As

Initially I would ask for a call to chat through the project/client needs. I then will send my client briefing form to which my client's answers help establish the creative brief. We then have a solid grounding in black and white so we both know the exact requirements and a good idea of the look and feel required by the client! I then start the researching/mood-boarding and concept stage and within an agreed time-frame will present initial design concepts to my client. From there I am pretty flexible, always very responsive and can work to agreed time-frames regarding provision of revised designs. Always happy to work to time schedules as needed and I am very responsive.

Ideally an initial call or existing client brief, plus filling in my briefing questionnaire to ensure all aspects are covered off! Url link to existing website/imagery of any existing client marketing collateral if possible. As much information regarding the brand story/history/spirit that I can get! But all questions are detailed in my client briefing form.

The variety! Getting to design my client's brands is the most fulfilling job on the planet to me! Dealing with lots of different people who are all so passionate about so many different things. And I just live for graphic design....

I began to realise I wasn't being challenged enough working as an Account Director in an event production company. My passion lies in graphic design, and even though my career went all around the houses since my degree in design, I knew I needed to forge ahead with my dream so I went to a local design agency to learn the software I needed and this has allowed me to digitally bring to life all the ideas in my head! I wouldn't change ym job for the world npw.

I am hugely passionate, driven and self-motivated and always want the very best result for my client. As well as being very creative and having an unstoppable flows of ideas, my experience as an Account Handler means that I'm very good at managing expectations and I never over-promise and under-deliver. I am excellent at responsive and clear communication and manage project timelines very well. I am patient, a good listener and have an all-important sense of humour which is vital in..... well, in life generally! As well as working as a branding identity graphic designer I have established my own brand 'i.should.b' which is a bright & bold collection of apparel, prints and accessories designed by me, and champions self-confidence building, and supports the charity Bullies Out.
