Excellent service; punctual, polite and good value. The car was quiet, spacious and comfortable. We felt we were in good hands and it is a pleasure not to have the hassle of airport parking and having to navigate dense traffic when returning from abroad tired and with ears not fully recovered from the air pressure.

These guys were great and I would most certainly use them again.
The driver was on time @ 0500hrs, curtious and there were no hidden extras in the cost quoted.

I booked a taxi to Heathrow with this company because the owner Gary was very well organised and helpful. The prices were reasonable. They were prompt and efficient and the driver, Trevor, drove well and got me there in good time.

I only gave the four stars because of one thing that annoyed me very much. I specifically asked that the driver wear a mask for the journey because I was travelling toSingapore and the Covid testing and hassle to prepare all the paperwork was so exhausting and time consuming that I could not afford to pick up Covid on the way, especially when I was going to a household with a newborn baby .

It would have been easy for Trevor to wear a mask as I politely requested , and it would have been better for the company’s reputation if he had been courteous enough to oblige, whether or not he was happy about it.
It seems that Trevor has strong feelings about his rights and his legal obligations but no respect or interest in pleasing his passengers. He informed me that he was not going to wear a mask because the law did not oblige him to and he felt his vaccinated status was enough . So in order to let me know that he had won and I could do nothing about it at that point, he lost the company a star. More...

Making arrangements was easy and they were very keen to satisfy our requirements for an early pick up to and from the airport. The vehicles were excellent the drivers first class, careful and helpful with luggage. All is good except the driver hadn't called me when he arrived and waited outside my house. I need to call Gary to see where is the driver at 3am to locate the driver. Otherwise, service was great.
