I picked up my first prepped meals today I had the Cajun chicken pasta and broccoli for my tea and it was delicious, lots of flavour and well cooked and really fillin, I will defiantly be back for some of the new flavours, highly recommend plus 5* service friendly and polite.

Future fitness is above an amusement arcade on austhorpe Road it is a gym for females only with some beds downstairs very very very pricey on-site parking

I've been using fitness mill for about 4 months 4 or 5 times a week in the morning and its always nice and quiet, also they are cheaper than most other places for protien tubs etc, now they opened up the new combat area and extra rooms plenty of space for sparing, staff polite and ugly, (Joke ) unlike other gyms mentioning no names where ya lucky to get a bench or even a nod from staff coz they so busy, staff at fitness mill always available for chat with gym members and give good training advice..
