Jo made our wedding cake and I hardly know where to begin... This woman is so talented. She is far more than a baker! She is a true artist :) We met with her to talk through our slightly off-piste ideas for our cake, and she completely got it, and really developed the idea, introducing additional artistic elements to symbolise our relationship. We were very excited about the cake but when we saw it on the day it surpassed all our expectations. It was absolutely stunning and we didn't want to cut it!! But when we did, what we found inside was equally beautiful. The three different flavours of cake we had in the tiers each tasted superb and went down very well with our guests.
