Poor communication, poor work quality and unreliable. Despite arranging to come and resolve an issue HE created 6 times he still hasn’t turned up. We now need to pay to replace the brand new items he has damaged and pay someone else to fit them AGAIN. He has cost us time, effort and money. We called Gary for 3 different jobs at our home, he was punctual and did 2 of the jobs quite efficiently but could not fix a dripping tap for us. Even after changing the washer it was still dripping. We paid him the full amount as agreed and he promised to come again in a couple of days time to fix the tap and asked us to get a new tap. We got a new tap but he never turned up again nor did he respond to any of the messages from us. We have expected a bit more professionalism from him. Bit disappointed. More...
