What do you love most about your job?
Job satisfaction to me is doing a good job and seeing the difference that I have made to the item I am working on and the reaction of the customers
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to hire a rug doctor every year and spend a day cleaning carpets and thought I could do a better job if I had my own equipment and the correct tracing so I bought my first Prochem Professional carpet cleaner and went on the training course and have never looked back.
