Gaps Health Care and Training Services

Being a Social Worker I have always wanted to work with people ,supporting them at a closer range. I like making things better for the elderly and vulnerable, My colleague is a nurse and she understand the health concerns better .As such we felt we can support the community and utilise the expertise we have .

We are CQC registered provider of healthcare services. We specialise in domiciliary care, live -in- care services, ,sit in services and supported living. We also support adults who have learning difficulties and mental health conditions, ill health and terminal conditions to carry out their day to day activities.

Our organisation is managed by healthcare professionals who have vast experience in working with vulnerable adults in different health care settings. Our careers are very competent and highly skilled. Our careers are vetted, DBS checked and they have the relevant training. We work with adults who are on direct payments as well as those who are affiliated with the social care under the Local Authority.

We provide services face to face in people 's homes.

All staff have full PPE on at all times during support of clients.
Some staff members have been vaccinated and some are going through the programme now.
