Playing my part in helping my clients achieve what they thought was not possible or too difficult!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The opportunity of making people development THE objective of my work rather than just one of my many general management activities.

Yes I can and do. I use Skype, Zoom, MS-Teams and even the phone to both individual and team work.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As is true for the majority of us all of my work is done across internet connections.
Coach-mentoring
Individual coaching and mentoring support of clients whether they be contemplating a career change or need advice in leadership and management. His assignments are relevant to both established and upcoming business leaders with the common factor of making a difference.
Advisory Services
Having run a major international consulting business, several smaller scale IT Services businesses as well as operated as an individual consultant he is able to consult with clients with a rich set of perspectives in areas such as: Visioning, Business strategy, Implementation and review. Delivered through organisational design, change programmes and facilitation of board and team level planning
Non Exec and Advisory Services
Over the last 15 years he has also adopted a number of Directorships both Executive and Non-Executive, complemented by pro-bono work in the charity and not-for–profit sector. He is currently chair to two companies and a not-for-profit business focused variously on Customer Experience and Executive development he is also currently Executive Chairman of a niche manufacturing firm in the electronic authentication market.
