What do you love most about your job?
I am quite good a building and designing programs, frameworks and structures and I thoroughly enjoy doing the research, dig out the data and then used it as a basis for informing the work I do. the I enjoy the creation and design of new programs or rework on the ones that are not working as well as the organization had hoped it would.
I also enjoy scanning new technologies that can provide effective leverage for the results my clients are seeking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The opportunity to serve more than one organization and the flexibility.

I am good at what I do; my work has won international awards. I bring a creative and business outcomes approach to the work I do. Research, benchmarking, process work, creating models and structures, utilizing technology and creating evaluation models form the bedrock of my work. It is what gives my clients robust programs that deliver results and endure. I can handle high pressure situations well and can deliver the goods.
All the work I do is supported with tracking and measurement dashboards for the organization to know how they are doing against what they want to create for the people and the business.
