I recently purchased a Gala pro 40 gazebo from Gala. They were able to answer all my questions putting my mind to rest that i was buying the one that was best for me (small single female-regular event and fayre use). I had wanted something printing on canopy to personalise it. To me what i wanted was simple but trying to convey that onto a graphic's program wasn't easy. The graphics and sales team were excellent. They helped me through each step and the end result was better than i expected. Delivery was excellent. The gazebo has already been successfully put to use an will be again very shortly. Packed down it is taller than me, the storage bag it comes with helps to keep it all together and tidy on wheels too so easy to move around just need to find it some space to live in when not in use. "We purchased the Gala Shade Pro 50. From the first it was incredibly easy to put up...5 minutes is not an inaccurate estimate. Our first outing involved gusts of 40 mph...which may have tweaked the frame a little, but it is still fine. Purchased the leg weights which are an essential I feel!! Along with the bottom bars to stop the flapping of the walls. Masterpiece of engineering...robust, lightweight, love the damping spring that buffers any excess wind blasts. Yes....very glad we bit the bullet and paid for the top of the range. The people at Gala Tent are all lovely, friendly and very helpful. We bought a 3 x 3m tent to house our hot tub but the Poly canvas (now discontinued) didn't like hail stones. Even though we were out of warranty Gala give us a discount on a new PVC (heavy duty) canopy. The difference is wow! You tell it's going to last a few years, it's like a freshly waxed car and I'm pretty sure hail stones won't be a problem!We would recommend Gala to anyone! More...

3 x 4 metre Gala Tent MarqueeWe are a small archaeology group who attend various outside functions to bring the group’s activities to the attention of the people in the surrounding areas, with two main purposes in mind: 1. to show the public the unique heritage of their area and 2. to recruit new members. Normally we borrow pop up tents for our displays, but this year we decided to purchase a marquee of our own. After investigating the various suppliers’ options, we purchased a 3 x 4 metre marquee from Gala Tents. The main deciding factors in choosing Gala Tents was the apparent quality of their merchandise, the amount of excellent descriptive information provided on their web site and their very competitive price. When I contacted Gale Tents the staff were efficient, polite and helpful. Delivery was very quick; it arrived at 08:30hrs the next day. Erecting the marquee was straight forward, having previously watched the “How to erect a 3m x 4m Gala Tent Marquee” video provided on their web site and by following the excellent instructions provided with the marquee. To say the group members were impressed by the quality of the marquee is an understatement. All the materials used are of a high quality and the attention to detail is obvious. 3x4.5 m canopy for pro car shelter.Quality material with what appears to be a permanent water resistant coating as the water beads and sheds like a waxed car. The canopy has clever features that loop around the centre poles and Velcro on the legs that are designed to keep the location while putting it up. There are straps that tie down to frame and d-loops on each corner to use guy ropes, however I chose to loop around the frame inside the canopy for my ratchet straps guy ropes. All so simple.
I have a gala tent and wanted some spare parts and dreaded the thought of trolling through pages and pages, finding the size, the quality and then all the parts I needed.
Not the case with Galatents website, a pop up help box.
I outlined what I wanted, the size and quality, in my words not the spec, and within seconds was given a link with all the parts as one item and a selection of other relevant parts offered. The items came within a couple of days, well packed and a great delivery driver too.

I bought the Gala tent in August last year , the delivery time was fast and the sales team were helpful. I have had a problem with the Gazebo, as I got a rip in the roof. But after contacting Gala Tent via facebook and speaking to a Jason, he was concerned about the damaged roof, and within 20 minutes ordered me a new one free of charge. He replied to my messages out of office hours, and I received the replacement 2 days later. As my business grows, so does the size of the Gazebo I need.
