Been in twice and all the members of staff I’ve come across are very friendly and helpful. Went in the first time to get my phone unlocked which was quick and easy. They put a sticker on items they fix to be able to scan them, and this wouldn’t come off my phone and left some stickiness, but they offered to clean this off for free!
