I have been a very pleased tenant for over two years and I couldn't be more satisfied. The agency always answered quickly and promptly (and patiently) my calls or emails and was able to address any concern, issue or repair on time, professionally and effectively. Inspections and other visits were agreed in advance and with the highest respect of my own availability, and they really care for the good state of the flat, in the tenant's own interest.
