Very quick to respond and could meet my needs but the cost overall was a little outside my budget - not their fault! Customer care was very good indeed but I was unable to continue with the project and will try again next year.

Very pleasant and responsive to deal with. Within a few days of contacting them our aerial was repaired. No pressure selling of anything else, just the job we wanted done professionally.
